If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet all applicable legal requirements.
3. User Accounts
Some areas of the platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by a failure on our part.
4. Service Requests
Customers may use Idaa to submit requests for services and receive responses or quotations from professionals.
Submitting a request does not create a contract between the customer and Idaa for the underlying service.
Any agreement for work is made directly between the customer and the selected professional.
5. Professionals
Professionals using Idaa are independent service providers and are not employees, workers or agents of Idaa unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Professionals are responsible for maintaining any licences, insurance, qualifications and permissions required to provide their services.
Idaa may carry out verification checks, but such checks do not guarantee the quality or suitability of a professional for a particular job.
6. Payments
Where payments are processed through Idaa, applicable fees, charges and payment terms will be displayed before the relevant transaction is completed.
Customers are responsible for paying professionals according to the agreement made between them.
Professionals are responsible for any taxes or other liabilities arising from income earned through the platform.

Reviews must be genuine, relevant and based on actual experience. Idaa may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise violate these Terms.

Idaa provides a platform that helps customers connect with professionals. We are not generally a party to the service agreement between them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idaa is not responsible for loss arising from the actions, omissions, workmanship or conduct of independent professionals or customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
